Greetings, has been a while. Was already time for me to snap back.

PC Quest was sucesfull:

Indeed, the PC quest was completed, the machine is ready, set, and running, no issues after near 2 months. Gotta say, this thing has take everything i tried without a glance of lag, quite a shock after years dealing with bootleg laptops.

The only ones i can thank about this are all of you, your help made it possible. For the same reason, many apologies for my dissapereance in the later months, maybe i got a bit overwhilmed and carried away.

Sinktember getting close

The thing that i cannot slack on by any mean is indeed, Sinktember. If i want to give plenty of time for everyone to get ready, i must start with the prompts brainstorm right away. As always, Discord will be the main way to talk me and give your ideas, but i'll be hearing your comments in my Galleries too.

Plans for this last week

To be honest, the plan doesn't changes much from what i had say at late May. Just gotta need more time as i get back at track (specially after some setbacks with Vgen and Substar). As i told you in the last update, my machine will no longer be an issue, so i apologies for mess up.

Summer Changes:

About the new PC quest, most of the parts are already here. I just have to wait for the last bits before assembly. Meanwhile gotta have to stick to the laptop a bit more (And wait for a surprise cold to cure ._.). For June, i should be back properly on track.

As for pricing...I might need to do some changes to accomodate to some things i've been finding punishing, for both sides. Also to pair things if i manage to open a Substar or another alternative to Fanbox. If i can, i would try to apply the changes for the next month (as i can't even run Inkscape in this laptop).

Starting with Commission pricing:

• The Cuts pricing will be exponential instead of lineal. Since usually details increase the higher you go. Also Western Cuts would be been removed due lack of use. Full bodies are untouched.
• Chibis discount would be reduced to 20% or 25%. They have proved to be as challenging as normal bodies.
• Backgrounds prices would be in pair with renders. Also i've been trying a style of Background that would make it more accesible.

• NSFW Protocol will be unified. Now both Normal and Underwater fees are the same. It shouldn't punish UW clients, and encourage Normal ones to buy.

Lastly, i would have to increase the Fanbox fees. Due Yen value falling quickly, and to be in pair with Substar fees in dollars, which also highly discourage fees lower than 5 USD. The main problem is that Fanbox doesn't allows to change prices once set. I would have to:

1. Make new tiers with the new prices
2. Disale older tiers
3. Wait for people to move to the new ones
4. Delet the old ones.

In exchange, to encourage Tier 3 the new machine should allow me to make the edited Timelapses i tried last year, as well to retake Tier 2 and 3 events and draw in higer resolution for Tier 1. Also i could post PNG renders and Backgrounds to Tier 3. It would be like:

• Tier 1: Early Art and Full Resolution
• Tier 2: Exclusive pieces and Variants
• Tier 3: Process and Dissasembled Art

Lastly, i wanted to make my bussines a bit more organized

• I could replace my Linktree with Carrd, which has better customization.
• I was thinking in replace my makeshift queue page (which is just a doc file) with Vgen or Trello, pages dedicated to that.
• And i wanted to open a ArtStation or use Vgen as a SFW portfolio. Just in case i need one (of course i can't use my Pixiv or DeviantArt full of drownies)
• In matter of the previous point...I would encourage to ask for more SFW commissions in the future, so i can fill it up. Just a personal petition to you.

Plans for the month:

I apologize for the nerfs in discounts and Fanbox fees. I really felt some decisions quite punishing to both sides. Also Banks war against NSFW and Yen downfall are making things quite dread. In the bright side, I'll finally be no longer limited by my set up, let's hope everything goes well.

Gived the hug amount of changes planned for this summer, i really would appreciate some actual feedback. The Comments Section and my Discord Server are always open to get your opinions, i would really appreciate it.

Calamitous March

From where i start?

First, you might already noticed i couldn't keep up the Valentines Promo. The real reasons are private, but i can tell was utterly animic (basically no real excuses). Yet i still made it valid for those who claimed it during the proper time, So you'll see the results over time.

Second and for the calamities relevant for ya, I lost my discord acount at the beginning of march. I fell into a piching trap (a fake discord staff) and my account got compromised. as well i got some bucks stolen, but the main lose was my discord. Luckly, i managed to secure my account before lose access to it, not even password recovery would let the scammers in. But for security, i still made a secondary account to which i migrated entirely, also passing the ownership, so the discord server is safe. The new account is evanharrey26, in case you still need to contact me outside the server.

Third, My Janus Laptop is dead. Apparently a peak of power in my home burnt the motherboard (i could physically see and smell the burnt chip) and a bloated battery didn't helped. Instead of keep dealing laptops, i think is time to move on to an actual CPU, so i just retrieved my SSD and i'm using a borrowed laptop that the owner don't use...and has terrible specs (like the Toshiba i had years ago, 4 GB of RAM and a Pentium, no GPU of course) So i can only draw and use discord without make it crash. Currently i'm mid way in the quest to get the parts.I'm finishing my queue commissions to gather cash and let more folks in. Any help is welcome to get back at tracks.

Lastly, you might be aware of the exodus VISA has started against NSFW monetization. More directly for us, the cease of support of PayPal for new users over NSFW creators. Don't worry, i'm not leaving Fanbox anytime soon, but i do have to spread or i might get nuked without warning. Considering open a Patreon and Subscriber Star, i'm doing my research before do the jump. Also thinking in Boosty, tho its terms of use looks...sussy. Anyway, any tip is welcome. Also probably looking for alternatives to PayPal if things keep scalating.

Also, i might be nerfing some prices in my commissions sheet, since i'm finding some things quite punishing from my side (mostly the render cuts) or redudant (like some points of the NSFW Protocol), Not rising prices yet tho, just rearranging some stuff. Stay tunned till i have things clear.

Plans for the Month

Gived my situation, i can't do much else that just keep drawing regular stuff. With this machine stuff like video editing, events and even table works are not an option.

For a reason i kept delaying this post, this thing keeps freezing ._. (also to avoid april fools, like Lucy can tell ya).

I'll be just keep cleaning the queue commission to get the new PC. Also, i've being hoarding a lot of art from march while i was indisposed, so expect a bountiful dump this month, as well what i own ya from January and February Tier 1.

Let's see if april will at last, let me celebrate spring.

Gotta be honest, has been a harsh start for the new year. During January i was mostly apathic (probably more due fatigue than anything else), and February itself is not good for my mood, you can figure it out (for a reason i couldn't bring the promo at the very beginning of the month). Probably in a couple days i'll release both December and January pending Tier 1 release art. Still can promise if i could make events for this month, time will tell.

Plans for the month

The main idea is focus in commissions to receive more queues in the future, as well make some pending gifts to clean my board of pendings and why not, be a bit of Santa myself. There still some slots left if you're interested.

Probably i won't have time to retake events yet tho :c neither to finish of Sinktember late days until January. Also there's a chance for some familiar stuff cutting of day hours, time will tell.

About release stuff, Apologies in advance, but probably there won't be a pack release this month, since the only Tier 1 pic correspond to Sinktember (which i want to release all at time). My plans are to finish the remeaning pics of Sinktember before winter, while doing some commissions. So probably i won't be able to retake the events till December if nothing else comes out. Also i want to try again with the Timelapses, for which i have to retake Camtasia, or try a new video editor.

Reminder Commissions were reworked (More info here) and buying them contribute for the next month pack.
