Welcome to the return of the reworked poll events! This goes as follows.

1) Tier 2 Supporters had suggested characters and scenes for the poll

2) A public poll will run for 3 days to pick one of each. BUT, there's a trick this time.

3) This time, the poll won't determinate the winner just with votes. Instead the candidates are put in a roulette. The ones with more votes have better odds to win.

4) Finally the winning character will receive a colored set in the winning scene.

The luck based rule is a counter measure to a problem quickly found in previous polls, where some characters were a certain win (Like those from Pokemon and Genshin Impact). So this should make things less predictible.

Compensation Extras

Like with the Tier 3 Raffles, i'm adding a ONE TIME extra in repair of the lack of events for so long. For this time, All the scenes that don't win, will still receive a set, just a lesser one in a Monochrome style, which you can vote for in the poll (This one without luck involved). So the wheel will spin 6 times this time, one for the actual winner and 5 more for the compensations.

I already mentioned this last month, but wanted to detail it more in a dedicated post.

Basically i'm making a one time offer to compensate the lack of events for a couple years. Everyone who were a former supporter of the Tier 3 - Pandora Box plan, can claim a free prize, akind to a first prize reward. The rules as follow:

• Coloring type Cellshade or Smooth, at choice
• Maximun of 2 Characters
• Maximun of 2 Variants (For a total of 3 full images)
• Maximun Background complexity of medium

I already contacted everyone who supported Tier 3 at least once since the events stopped. If was your case, please check your Pixiv Messages and Discord Direct Messages and reply with your requested prize.

This update will be mostly an extension of last month one, as it was pretty much lose and vague. In this one i'll detail more in the changes that the support system has undergo.

Changes in Detail

Is no wonder that the prices raised, mostly due the Yen getting more devaluated over time. In compensation i enhanced some of the benefits.

• Tier 0: This one actually got cheaper, from 1.30 to 1 USD (200 to 150 JPY) to emphatize the support meaning of it. People in this tier still gets monthly mentions.
• Tier 1: Price rised from 3.05 USD to 5 USD (500 JPY to 750 JPY) and commissions discount increased from 5% to 10%. There won't be more Monthly packs, instead pics are published directly, so this Tier is utterly for full resolution and clean images without the new watermark.
• Tier 2: Price rised from 7 USD to 10 USD (1000 JPY to 1500 JPY) and commissions discount increased from 10% to 20%. The intent is to retake the poll events to add lost value to this tier.
• Tier 3: Price rised from 11 USD to 15 USD (1500 JPY to 2250 JPY) and commissions discount increased from 20% to 30%. Along the Behind Scenes material, Raffles are planned to return for next month once more people migrates to the new tier. Timelapses are pending to edit to add value to the behind scenes.

Migration

April: New Post will be posted in the new tiers. Old ones will stay untouched for now.

May: Old Post will be moved to the new tiers.

June: The old tiers will be deleted, leaving only the new ones.

Keep in mind that i had to delet the Old Tier 3 due a conflict with the New Tier 2, apologies for that. Also i deleted Old Tier 0 as no one was subscribed there.

New Sites

In case of future issues with Fanbox, i took the measure of open new support sites as alternatives. They work as follows:

• Patreon: Should work pretty much the same as Fanbox, but with USD instead of JPY. Also still supports PayPal for new accounts, unlike Fanbox from some time ago which new accounts can only use Cards. Also it has Discord integration, granting access to archive and event channels in my server, unlike Fanbox which requires manual verification.
• SubscribeStar Adult: This one requires a subscription to even follow the account, uses USD and only works with Cards, but is overall less strict. Use it if you can use Cards. Also counts with Discord integration. ADVICE: To date of this post, my account is still in verification, won't be visible till is approved, but i can still prepare post there.
• KoFi: This one is tricky. I can't post NSFW there, only thumbnails, news and the few SFW paywalls. Tho has Discord Integration, so you can use it to get access to the archive and events channels, also has PayPal support. Use only if there's no other option or if you want to give a bigger tip.

Plans Ahead

Right now Commissions are closed, as i have to basically rework the whole branding of the site, As well rethink some pricing things, like NSFW Fees and Percentages. In the meantime, i arranged enough to make posting and events funtional. For May i should have everything working again. Also the idea is to continue the Compensations and Start the next Poll for this month, I'll dedicate a post for both later.

By the way, I modified my LinkTree as i mentioned before while figuring how to use Cardd. As well i changed that Doc File i used as a queue for a Trello, so the logistic should get a bit more dynamic.

Diversifying Plataforms

Basically things has been getting more unstable, so i felt in need to open more options in case Fanbox stops being viable.

First, i opened three more support places. A Substar, a Patreon and a Ko-Fi. They all server as alternatives for Fanbox and should provide the same benefits.

Also they all are present in my LinkTree which i improved a bit (advice said LinkTree might get replaced later for a Carrd).

Changes in Fanbox Tiers

To have some parity with the other sites (which use dollars) i'll have to increase the tiers prize in fanbox, since yen keeps plumbing and the prices where the same for some years. But here the problem, Fanbox doesn't allows to change a Tier price after set it. So, i had to mark the old ones as discontinued, and make new ones. I'll give some time to migrate before delete them.

- During next month all the old works will remain in the old tiers, while new post will be posted in the new tiers.

- By May, I'll start moving old post into the new tiers

- And in June, the old tiers will be fully deleted

One exception was Tier 3 - Pandora Box. Due numbers conflict, i had to delet it on the spot (and so i'll be moving the few Tier 3 post today). Also, i'll post a few hoarded art post in the old tiers before the month ends, as well the two packs i still own you. Once april is on play, the moving plan will fully begins.

Some Compensations

To justify more the prices changes, i increased the value of the discounts, so future commission will be even cheaper for supporters. Tho i still have to prepare changes in commissions and finish the current queue, so probably i won't reopen them till May.

As for supporters from Tier 3, i'll try to contact most of them during next month meanwhile i retake events properly, each one will have a free prize to compasate the longing after the first events. This will be just a one time compensation, events will resumen normally after.

For Tier 2 supporters i couldn't figure out yet a compensation, specially gived the volume of members and that most are not in discord for easy contact. Once i have something ready i'll anounce it.

Final Words

I really apologies for this changes if are too sudden, i'll try to give some marging to move on over time and compensate.

Commissions updated

The comms sheet got retweaked as i planed. prices remain the same, tho added something in the model sheets service to make it more accesible.

The main change is in the info below if you look closely.

Basically i got rid of the NSFW Protocol. After think about it i found it obsolete, as the purpose i made it for never worked, so i better remove it to get things simple.

Also i removed my META accounts (Facebook and Instagram) the accounts will remain open for archive motives, but will no longer receive uploads. Also added my BlueSky to the list and a QR Code to my LinkTree.

Also in the mean time i should be updating the queue doc file entirely to reflect the changes.

Apologies, i know i've been neglecting the higher tiers. Hence why i was learning again about video editing, to see if i can fix it somehow.

Timelapses Concerns:

There's a problem related to the timelapses. Aside to be quite time consuming (specially since i'm still learning about CapCut), is the size and copyright. The first attempt in Newgrounds failed due original music issues, so the Halloween timelapse only remains in Discord and Fanbox.

For the public ones (aside get in the server) Youtube seems a possible solution if i keep the videos unlisted and unmonetized, since most of the NSFW ones would remain paywalled.

As for the size since Fanbox limit is 300MB, while individual timelapses are not a problem, bigger sets can be. Link sources from Discord seems to be a solution. If not, gotta have to undust my Catbox.

Welcome to Bluesky

After the latest Musk tantrum with IA implementation...and honestly some social pressure, i ended up making a Bluesky. And honestly, it exceeded my expectations, way more chill, friendly to illustrators and with a sense of chronology that twitter lose time ago. Not gonna close my twitter, whether i like it or not that thing will remain solid, but check out Bluesky, so far is worthy. Also updated my Linketree to add them (while i figure how to use Carrd).

Like with Twitter i made a SFW and NSFW accounts.

Lastly i think is time to slowly post some art i had hoarded, while i make time for some other pendings. Still not fully recovered but slowly and steady going on.

As i said in August, i should be taking commissions again. The changes are the same showed last time, the cuts prices are now exponential instead of lineal and some discounts are nerfed. The only change from August table is chibies discount being 25% instead of 20%. Also although the NSFW Protocol sheet is not ready yet, i would applyng the future numbers already.

Sinktember Continues:

Is no wonder that i couldn't keep up with this year Sinktember again, almost mading it to half year. I would see if i can finish at least to day 15 to have a proper pack for this month. In any case, i have plans for the remaining half. May God knows if will go well.

Also, you don't mind if i make some tame ones? as a sort of break.

Plans for the next Month:

Being honest, my animic state has not improved. My sleep got worst and i have a ton of wips, but i find myself unable to finish any. I hope sinktember moods me up for good.

All i have ready so far is the upgraded prices, so at least i can take commissions. But just the sketches and reserves. Keep in mind i probably won't be able to finish them till October or November once the next events concludes, so probably would still be better to wait a bit more.

Also although i don't have ready the NSFW Protocol updated sheet, i gotta apply the new numbers anyway.

• Both Normal and Underwater fees are now the same
• Level 1 Remains free of fees
• Level 2 is now +5%, and Level 3 is +10%
• Level 4 ranges now from +20% to +50% depending of the case
• Level 5 remains Unavailable, tho i might be more lenient with bad ends

Overall the new prices should remain the same in most case, just a bit more accesible for non watery clients and less punishing for Chibies, Backgrounds and Cuts.
